fantastic hotel, great location
warm welcome helpful staff convenient location
i received a warm welcome and cookies upon arrival. the staff was helpful with directions and recommendations. my room on the fifth floor was spacious and clean. i really enjoyed the proximity to hyde park and several tube stations, it was very convenient.
the in-room air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature.

the hotel's location is superb. it provides easy access to hyde park, lying directly across the street from the hotel, as well as several underground stations within a short walk. getting around the city was easy.

the breakfast buffet offered a good selection of hot and cold items. the restaurant provided well-priced options. i did appreciate the convenience of having both options available in the hotel. i found the food tasty.

the hotel features two elevators for guest convenience. the lifts was well maintained. the cleanliness throughout the public areas was commendable. the concierge desk was readily available to assist with travel arrangements and local information. they were helpful.

polite staff public transport hotel upgrade
I found the staff genuinely courteous. Ali was cute and provided an upgrade. The hotel is near public transport. It is a short walk to the station and buses stop outside. I was charmed.

broken kettle poor cleaning
the staff was friendly enough upon arrival.
i found that the kettle in my room was broken upon check-in. housekeeping services failed to clean the room for two days despite repeated requests. even after cleaning, essential items like facial tissue and toilet paper were not replenished, and the bathroom saw poor cleaning.

A Stay Falling Short of Expectations

I had hoped for a better experience. Empty cups stayed in my room. They were not collected. Natural light flooded the room early because the curtains were too short, it really affected my sleep. Extra pillows were never provided, I found the whole experience disappointing. Storage after checkout cost extra, it felt a bit unnecessary.

great selection clean towels friendly staff convenient location
Breakfast featured a great selection with both english and asian options. the room had large, clean towels available, very convenient after my shower. staff were friendly and accommodating. They gave me water bottles at reception free of charge. the location made it easy to access main areas via nearby tube stations.
